Returns and exchanges
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the buyer can:
1. Exchange goods of proper and improper quality.
2. Return goods of proper and improper quality.
3. Return or exchange goods of proper and improper quality.
Which product is eligible for exchange:
1. A product with a receipt;
2. A product in its original packaging with tags and labels intact, unused;
3. A product purchased less than 14 days ago.
The procedure for returning and exchanging goods of proper quality:
1. Notify us of your intention to return the paid goods;
2. Notify us of the declaration number of the sent parcel and the bank card number for a refund;
3. After receiving the goods, we will return your money or another product within three working days
4. All carrier services or commissions for transferring funds are at the expense of the client.

Exchange and return of goods is carried out through Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta also to a physical address - Business center "Gulliver", Sportivnaya square, 1A, Kyiv, Ukraine, 01601. Showroom hours from 10 to 22, seven days a week.
Refunds are made after receiving the goods.
Refunds are made to the card or by money transfer to the Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta branch.
Refunds are made within 3 days from the moment the parcel is received at the Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta branch by the seller.
